What is customer loyalty? And how can you influence that? Loyalty or customer value challenges are perhaps the most difficult challenges out there.  OFS believes that developing a loyalty program begins with defining clear goals which can be translated into a loyalty program concept. The first step of getting the goals clear is done via a workshop or design sprint. The outcome of the design sprint will be turned into a concept or minimum viable product. This minimum viable product will be tested on consumers and employees. The resulting insights gathered from this validation test will then be used to realize a program that can be roled out.
